As part of the adaptive reuse of the Gare Maritime on the “Tour & Taxis” site in Brussels, Altiplan has been in charge of the complete restoration and adaptation of the original administrative building.

The project has been carried out as if it was a listed building. A careful attention was given to the preservation of the morphology of the original building as well as restoring the multiple architectural details dating from the construction of the building in early XX^th century.
